We love Visitors

In January we had two special families visit us. My sister, Deanne, and her family came to visit. We had a blast and did lots of fun stuff! Lucy just adores her cousin, Baylee, and was sad when they had to leave! We also had Becka, Brian and their two kids stay with us. As always, we had a blast with them here!

We all loved sledding together!

Christmas

December is such a fun month. We had lots of fun Christmas activities.  The kids both loved the idea of Santa and enjoyed the Christmas spirit. Both of the kids got razor scooters for Christmas. Lucy got a Barbie house and Eli got a bat cave. Ezra got a sit to stand toy that he loves. Mommy & Daddy got each other lots of great gifts and we had such a blast opening presents on Christmas morning. We are so grateful for the Gospel of Jesus Christ and for this beautiful season that we get to share with the ones we love!

One of our new traditions, a sushi dinner & putting up the Christmas Tree

So much snow!

Lucy has to go out to the bus stop for school at 7:30am. It's SO cold so I bundle her up in her snow coat, hat, gloves & snow boots. She is so good natured about it, she never complains!
Annual Christmas Party with my Bunco group!

It's always fun getting together with the Wilkins!

Thanksgiving

We had so much fun visiting with the Collins family over Thanksgiving in Colorado. Our kids loved sleeping in sleeping bags and playing with their cousins. We also loved catching up with family & visiting Aspen. It was so nice to be altogether!

Trip to Texas

In November, Ezra & I headed to Texas for a few different reasons. There was a LuLaRoe training I was dying to go to and we have been wanting to visit a few people. We were so sad that we couldn't visit with my sister-in-law, but we did get to visit with my friends Kim & Katie. They both also hosted LuLaRoe parties for me! Kim & her family used to live on our cove and we were devastated when they moved to Texas! Kim & Tim showed me around Austin and we had the best time reconnecting! Katie & I have known each other since my college years and we definitely got into our share of trouble! Katie & her family moved to Texas for her husbands medical residency & it was so fun to see her family and just hang out together. We went shopping, ate out, watched shows and just had an awesome time! Lastly, we got to go to a LuLaRoe training which was truly a pleasure! It was so inspiring and uplifting, it was such an awesome experience. I was so grateful we could go and that Scott took the time off work to watch Lucy & Eli while I was gone. Ezra was an angel and we had the best time together!

Katie is an awesome photographer and she took really cute pictures of Ezra & I. Katie's daughter wanted a picture with me, she is such a doll!

LuLaRoe!

In October, Scott put A LOT of faith in me and I signed on to be a Consultant for LuLaRoe. LuLaRoe is a truly amazing company that makes super comfortable dresses, skirts, leggings & tops for women and children. I do online sales & sales through in home pop up shops. Besides the fact the I LOVE the clothes, they are well made, stylish & beyond comfortable. A few months after I had Ezra, I was feeling like I needed to do something for myself. Being a mom, it is really easy to lose your sense of self. I have had a blast already & I'm so excited to see where this adventure leads us!

Visit from S & M

We were so extremely happy to have my brother, his wife & their son visit! They stayed with us and we had an amazing time! The cousins loved playing together and it is just never long enough! I just adore my big brother and I wish they lived closer.

Ezra is 6 Month Old

We just adore our little Ezra.
He is still not sleeping through the night, but he takes two good naps during the day. He is a very easy going baby, although he doesn't nap in his car seat anymore, which is hard! He's still nursing, although not very well. I'm still pumping and supplementing, we are making it work. We started him on solid foods. His isn't super open to solid foods. Apple Sauce is the only thing he likes, we are working on it though. He still has eczema and cradle cap, but it is getting better. We slather him up with hydrocortisone and that seems to work well. He still has a clogged tear duct, it is relentless! We are hoping it goes away soon. He is pretty stationary. He has started sitting up fairly well & rolls over one way. He is very leisurely about rolling. He'll roll one way, but not all the way over...and he only does it occasionally. If I sit him up to play with toys, he will sit and won't go anywhere. It is kind of nice! He also doesn't move at all in his crib. We still have it on the lowest bar. He is just a very laid back baby! He is still our little Mr. Giggles & we all love him so much.

Ezra got to go on a date night with mommy & daddy

Ezra definitely adores his daddy!

We got a kick out of this picture!
