Our Peanut is 4 Months Old!

Lucy is just growing like a weed. She loves grabbing everything (especially my hair) and has a tight grip. She loves kicking her legs straight up in the air and grabbing her toes. Her Daddy bought her a jumper toy center & she loves it. She jumps really good when she gets excited. She loves to roll onto her side but she isn't rolling all the way over yet, we're working on it. She has such a fun and sassy personality. She loves smiling and laughing. She has recently started REALLY laughing and we love it! I am also proud to say she is officially sleeping through the night! After her 4 month check up I tried to give her rice cereal, she gave me the weirdest look at first but she kept opening her mouth so I kept shoveling it in. I'm not sure she loved it, but I'll probably keep trying occassionally. Here are her stats:

Our 4 Year Anniversary

Scott and I have officially been married for 4 YEARS, the time has gone by so fast! I'm so grateful for my WONDERFUL husband and the most precious gift he has given me, my daughter Lucy. I am so thankful for everything we have accomplished together, I know it's cheesy but I would have nothing without Scott. For our anniversary we stayed at the 'Anniversary Inn' in Salt Lake City. It was so nice to get away and do fun things as a family. It isn't very often that Lucy & I get to spend three full days with our sweetie. Lucy is so in love with her Daddy & she lights up whenever she sees him. I could never have imagined what a TRULY AMAZING husband and father Scott really is. I love you with my whole heart and soul sweetie, THANK YOU for everything you do for us! xoxo

Our Princess is 3 Months Old!

I can't believe our Lucy girl is 3 months old! She is such a sweet baby, she loves to smile and laugh at us, Mommy gets the best smiles though! She loves to try and sit up, she is such a little wiggler. Hearing her laugh for the first time was the sweetest sound, we'll do anything to make her laugh. She's also a little talker, she loves to jabber when we put her in her crib for bed. She just talks herself to sleep. I started my last semester of College & it's going to be a hard one. Lucy is going to the Wee Care Center while I'm in class & the first day I left her I stood in the hallway for 10 minutes and cried. It was so hard, I didn't think I was going to make it. I finally went to class though and I'm feeling a lot better about it. I guess I just had to get over the first day and know that it is going to be okay. Lucy is such a joy in our lives, being a parent is the best thing in the world. We love and adore this little girl so much!
